Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the data analysis and BI of the company’s web application. The company is based in San Francisco and has built a SaaS platform that provides data analytics solutions to schools around the globe.

This person will be reporting to the company’s Tech Lead. The keys to success in this position are conducting custom data analysis and building BI dashboards in collaboration with the product and engineering team. Strong experience with SQL is required, and working knowledge of BI products and Python is highly valued. 

The company’s growth and success relies on the continuous delivery of data analytics to its clients. This product is one of the hottest data analysis platforms in the education space and it currently incorporates the latest data science techniques.

Objectives

• Develop custom data analysis to extract meaningful insights from data.

• Build interactive dashboards based on both structured and unstructured data sources.

• Communicate effectively with the Tech Lead and with software engineers to establish priorities and plan a roadmap.

• Suggest the development of new custom analyses and fix potential problems.
