Randstad Professional is recruiting for a client that acts in healthcare sector and wants to reinforce its structure with a Data Analyst (m/f).

This role includes the following tasks:

- Work closely with the Product team to build experiments to guide product decisions
- Analyze user behavior to find trends and provide actionable insights
- Maintain database and data pipelines to ensure high data integrity
- Build and automate reporting for clients
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from the executive team and other team members

requisitos/requirements
The main requirements are the following:

- 3+ years of industry experience
- Expert analytical skills including proficiency in statistics and A/B testing
- Adept at building dashboards and visualizations
- Strong SQL skills (NoSQL experience a bonus)
- Comfortable with python
- Experience with building data pipelines
- Clear communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple projects
- A deep interest in healthcare/medicine and a passion for improving the patient experience.
