Working as a Data Analyst at Dott means developing with a state of the art stack built on GCP data solutions, GKE and Apache Airflow to deliver resilient ELT pipelines in a fast-paced, fail fast, learn faster and fun environment. It also means helping people get the insights they are looking for, following a structured but decentralized strategy where business users are encouraged to explore and dice data freely with your mentorship.

About the role/responsibilities

• You will be joining a team of data engineers that provide services ranging from a data lake, data warehouse, search API’s, competitive intelligence tools.

• You will also be given time to research and implement your own initiatives aligned with delivering customer impact.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities

• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical colleagues

Education and Experience

• > 1 year developing with Python, Java, Bash, etc..

• > 3 years experience in a business intelligence role, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools

• Experience solving information retrieval problems is a plus

• Experience with GCP or AWS data solutions (Bigquery, PubSub, Redshift, ...) is a plus

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field
