Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Monitor and act on alarms from customer systems;
•Analyze and participate in the troubleshooting of cybersecurity issues;
•Preparation of reports.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Previous experience in operating systems;
•Experience in applying patches and hotfixes in Windows and Linux environments;
•Previous experience, knowledge or certifications with firewalls, VPN and remote access, load balancers, corporate anti-malware tools are valued;
•Previous experience, knowledge or certifications related to cybersecurity are a plus;
•Familiarity with Remedy is valued.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Attention to detail, rigor and discipline;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•High proficiency in English Verbal and Written communication.
