Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Customer Specialist Azure to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisbon.
Job Description
• Work closely with customers in understanding their solution needs and driving success with their Azure deployments
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across engineering, sales, services and partner teams.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and monitor feedback for quality assurance.
• Utilize standard project management methodologies in driving highly effective, predictable, and repeatable processes

Qualifications
• Keen ability to communicate ideas effectively with executives and engineering teams
• Real day to day customer facing experience and empathy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving, organization and time management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
