Mission

  • This application is part of the activity of the global Coordination Team CSIRT CIB;
  • The CSIRT analyst will participate in the analysis, operations and handling Information Security Incidents;
  • Daily end-to-end security alerts/incidents management for BP2S globally: escalation, alerts, cyber incidents response, reporting;
  • Data leakage alerts (DLP with Outlook migration + GDPR);
  • Regular reaction plans and handbook definition/creation/reviews;
  • Supervision and coordination of our local security correspondents around these events and local incident management (possibly locally delegated to CIB) and with Group CSIRT  + GLOBAL CIB CSIRT;
  • Help locations as a dispatcher of security alerts/incidents and/or forward for actions to CIB CSIRT Production Local CSIRT AMER/APAC/EMEA;
  • Put in place counter-measures to prevent as best as we can security alerts/incidents or any cyberattack against BP2S and BNP Paribas group;
  • Broadcast specific messages in term of warning: threats, vulnerability disclosure/exposure;
  • Be part of the crisis management exercise preparation team (yearly exercise);
  • Be part of awareness initiatives for all BP2S staff.

 

Requirements

  • B.S. or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field;
  • Professional with 2 years of experience in supporting Information Security Technology;
  • At least 1 year of experience in Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance or Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Technology support and Event Handling;
  • Knowledge of core Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance (equivalent to ISO 27000-series standards or other similar standards/frameworks);
  • Working professional proficiency in spoken English is mandatory;
  • Working professional proficiency in spoken French is nice-to-have.
