Working within the strategic framework set-out by the Director of Digital Development and Operations, the Tester will play a leading role in driving to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels.

Description

• Utilise a test automation Framework to drive efficiencies and value;
• Designs and writes tests cognizant of the risk of the change;
• Execute test cases under varying circumstances;
• Document and evaluates test results;
• Detect, log, and report program bugs and errors;
• Investigate and identify likely problem causes in software;
• Track defects and resolution timescales to enable tests to be re-planned and repeated;
• Ongoing review of test procedures to improve value;
• Partners with Engineers to drive Quality Assurance;
• Work with software developers to determine solutions;
• Participate in Agile Ceremonies

Profile

• Working knowledge of programming languages, such as .Net and Java Script;
• Working Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or other major CRM solutions;
• Experience in project management and QA approaches.;
• Advance knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Katalon Studio, Cypress, Karma;
• Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills;
• Excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Familiarity with agile frameworks;
• Engineering or Computer Science background degree;
• Error documentation and debugging;
• Test management software experience.
