We are looking for an IT Technician with experience in CRM technologies to integrate a project in Porto.

Your responsibilities:
- Analyse solutions implemented over CRM, correcting detected defects;
- Suggest new solutions and implementations when applicable;
- Work with various business stakeholders and different systems to ensure correct business support over client solutions.

Who you are:
- Experienced in CRM solutions (SIEBEL 8.1 , IP15 and IP20);
- Familiar with architecture Tracing component failures, LDAP authentication and database performance issues;
- Experienced with CRM profiling methods and related performance configuration;
- Familiar with web based technologies such as WebServices, SOAP, REST, JMS, XML…;
- Knowledgeable of Siebel Development Tools and eScript programming language;
- Experienced with Oracle EAI and Siebel Open UI;
- Experienced with database programming languages, for exemple, SQL or PL/SQL);
- An excellent communicator, capable of working both individually and with the team;
- Capable of dealing with diferent contexts, teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge in Unix platforms and shell scripting;
- CI & CD tools knowledge.
