CRM maintenance technician @ Aubay

Description

What are you going to do?

  • The CRM maintenance technician works mainly on analysis of solutions implemented over SIEBEL layer and is responsible for correcting detected defects;
  • React to service level agreements (SLA) reported through incidents by clients and applications using CRM;
  • Analyze and solve incidents identifying root cause and implementing solutions;
  • Identify problems that relate to supported Integration layer;
  • Proactively gather evidences of defects and problems with impact on client so it can be corrected and documented for later occurrences;
  • Have a proactive and critical attitude over implemented integrations with the goal of improving the client satisfaction over its KPI’s;
  • Build and implement new tools and services aiming  for the main keys in IT solutions nowadays such as high availability, reliability and performance for all applications where CRM is involved.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
  • At least of experience as an IT Technician with experience in CRM technologies who possesses both deep and wide expertise in the CRM solutions (preferably SIEBEL);
  • Knowledge or experience in CRM solutions (SIEBEL 8.1, IP15 and IP20 (desirable));
  • Architecture knowledge about Tracing component failures, LDAP authentication and database performance issues;
  • Deep knowledge in CRM profiling methods and related performance configuration;
  • Specific knowledge for Web based technologies such as WebServices, SOAP,REST,JMS,XML;
  • Knowledge of Siebel Development Tools and eScript programming language;
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EAI and Siebel Open UI;
  • Experience for database programming languages (ex: SQL, PL/SQL);
  • Basic knowledge in Unix platforms and shell scripting (preferably);
  • CI & CD tools knowledge (desirable);
  • Highly focused on the tasks and issues that require priority;
  • Capable to work in team in constant share between its stakeholders;
  • Good English level;
