About the role

This person will be responsible for the technical analysis and development of CRM solutions.

What are the challenges for this role?

This person would be responsible to concept, design and development CRM improvements. Managing data analysis and integration of different systems. Ensuring high quality and performance of data integration systems. Managing and maintaining documentation.

What skills will get you selected?

Experience in development in Siebel or others (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc);

Experience with relational database (SQL);

Nice to have knowledge in Javascript, VB script and Siebel Open UI;

Good communication skills, specially in English;

Academic background in IT, Telecommunications or related area.
