We are looking for CRM consultant for a project based in Madrid.

Responsabilities:

• Implementation of solutions;
• Responsible for CRM tools;
• Define strategies in CRM tools;
• Coordinate and control operational development-oriented selections for CRM tools;
• Monitor and analyze strategy performance;
• Establish and monitor the necessary controls to ensure the correct functioning of the campaigns.

Professional And Techinal Skills:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Proven experience in project management;
• Strong knowledge of: SAS ORACLE BI (OBI) and Data Discovery (Qlik view), or similar;
• Good analytical skills, analysis and interpretation of data;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Strong knowledge of English and Spanish.
