We are recruiting a CRM Business Analyst to join our team in Lisbon, Fundão or Oporto.

Tasks:

• Requirements analysis and implementation.
• Prepare functional designs.
• Create test scripts.
• Tests integration.
• Users follow up during the acceptance tests.
• Users functional support.
• Provide a positive contribution to culture and company growth.
• Join worldwide digital transformation projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Up to 4 years of professional experience in IT.
• Good knowledge of any CRM solutions – Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus.
• Problem solving skills and passion for analytical thinking. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player and willingness to learn.
