Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Classification, investigation, and resolution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM related tickets;
•High quality proactive communication of issues within IT and the user community;
•Root cause analysis of recurring issues, including long-term resolution proposal;
•Understanding and documenting system processes within Dynamics CRM;
•Propose improvements to the system and processes;
•Test, document and communicate changes according to guidelines;


Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft technology (Dynamics CRM or Power Platform or Azure, etc.);
•Proven ability to understand highly integrated processes and data;
•High organizational skill required to manage and track issues until solved;
•Broad technical knowledge required, for example: Active Directory, workflows, database issues, etc.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Fluent English (written and verbal);
•Customer oriented mindset and behavior;
•Ability to communicate transparently, efficiently, clearly and concisely.
