The CRM Analyst will be responsible for develop and update the CRM, as well as prepare reports and analysis with data obtained from the CRM application.

Description
CRM Software:
- Control, maintain, and monitor the CRM application
- Input all business information required into the CRM application in order to obtain market insights
- Provide tools to FFO in order for them to have the necessary information during field visits
Retail Classification:
- Implement retail classification changes into the CRM software
- Develop and monitor surveys created with the purpose of updating the retail classification on a yearly basis. Providing the required support to the SMS Manager on this subject.
Tool Usage Support:
- Help-desk function supporting KAM/ FFO in the day-to-day issues with the tool
Sales Cycle Monitoring & Reporting:
- Provide detailed analysis per sales representative on cycle KPIs as per the defined dashboard
- Calculate sales force incentives
- Control stocks on a weekly basis
Perform Availability & Distribution Management:
- Monitor distribution & availability performance according to cluster-defined targets by analyzing retail audits, OSA, stock weight...)
- Identify opportunities to enhance distribution & availability
Business Analytics:
- Proactively support the business with ad-hoc analysis and reports, generating key insights to identify opportunities and risks
Profile
- 2-4 years experience in similar role, with analytical mindset
- Experience with CRM Management - Salesforce preferable
- Experience in market analysis
- Experience with Microstrategy (preferable)
- Proactive with can do attitude
- Extra mile mind set
