Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with the product owners align information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions within an Agile framework;
- Responsible for working with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and contains user stories ready for development;
- Accountable for facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as helping to ensure that the development team clearly understands the user stories they are working on;
- Responsible for creating and maintaining any necessary documentation, such as requirements specifications and change logs;
- Advise BUs on how to utilize Agile methodology to achieve their desired outcomes;
- Coach junior members of the team;
- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal.
Profile
Skills & Experiences required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CRM Agile Business Analyst;
- Experience with CRM such as MS Dynamics or other major CRM Solutions;
- Advanced knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices would be a big plus.
