Mission:

Altran is searching for a CPE Engineer (W/M) for Lisbon.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for identifying actual or potential problems in CPE software (components);
• Responsible for issue life cycle management;
• Responsible for test definition and execution;
• Collaboration on writing test automation scripts;
• Extensive cooperation with (internal and external) technology suppliers during integration, triaging and driving issues resolution;
• Support the definition, installation, and maintenance of test equipment and systems.

Profile:

• BSc degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
• Networking Software integration and testing;
• Experience working with TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, ARP, NAT, Bridging, Switching;
• Understanding of Wireless Technology PPPoE, MIMO, QoS Prioritization, Wireless/Wired Network troubleshooting;
• TR-069 experience (Used in Remote management of CPE devices):
• Knowledge and working experience with Internet of Things (IoT);
• Familiar with software lifecycle process;
• ISTQB® Certified tester certification is appreciated;
• Exposure to Python Language and agile software development methodologies is appreciated;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English.
