We are looking for a Core WareHouse Support Analyst for this retail project in Azambuja, 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. shift.

Role & Responsibilities: 
- Monitor production / non-production services and critical user journeys of the products;
- Support both technical and business (functional) teams with focus in Supply Chain area;
- Gather information and troubleshoot applications integration;
- Engage with the Development team throughout the product life cycle, ensuring product reliability;
- Validate logs and metrics to detect potential problems or strange patterns;
- Able to assume multiple concurrent issues and discuss the right priority with the team.
 

Requirements:
- Be analytical on errors occurrance and patterns, conducting a full investigation;
- Understand different systems, their functionalities and where they fit into an ecosystem;
- Build software automation to eliminate manual repetitive tasks;
- Availability to work from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. and perform on-call prevention.
 

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Shell/Bash/Python scripts, microservices, AWS, ELK, Prometheus & Grafana;
- Knowledge of task management tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab);
- Good English skills, written and spoken.
