As a Copywriter, you are responsible for writing and editing all copy for ebankIT. In addition, you develop engaging, inspiring formats and support our newly-formed Multimedia team.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- You actively shape the tone of voice of ebankIT together with the marketing team and are responsible for a consistent communication across all channels
- You create and transcreate the advertising content of our 360° marketing campaigns, displaying a high degree of both creativity as also commercial acumen
- You develop ideas and concepts to optimize the website at a linguistic level
- You drive and lead projects to improve processes in the transcreation field
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders to consistently develop and improve ebankIT's tone of voice, ensuring consistency with our brand values
- Delight customers with measurably high-impact, brand-building microcopy, short and, at times, long copy (e-books, whitepapers, case study amongst others)
- Apply and adapt our tone of voice to all customer communication channels
- Ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency of style and carry out language quality checks
- Seek out areas for continuous improvement by evaluating your content's impact through behavioral data and user testing methodologies
- Streamline copy processes in order to increase efficiency and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders
- Stay on top of industry trends
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You are fluent in English and you can look back on 2-4 years of experience as a copywriter for forward-thinking technology/ financial companies or specialized agencies plus you know how to convey on-brand copy with your excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills
- You have a degree in communication studies, journalism, linguistic studie
- You have experience in writing both UX and marketing copy and experience in translating and adapting copy to different markets would be an advantage
- You are eager to leverage a data-driven approach to copy creation plus you have a clear understanding of the requirements of each channel in order to produce accurate and informative copy. Extra points for experience with new forms of storytelling and content production – from video to conversational bots and machine-generated content
- You are able to work with various stakeholders and translate briefings into required copy solutions and besides that you can manage multiple projects at once, set stakeholder expectations, work individually and collaborate across teams with ease. You know how to work with designers, researchers, product managers, marketers, and engineers.
- Good organization is one of your biggest strengths, you are proactive and always communicate clearly and effectively.
