As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented.

In addition you will be writing press releases, develop advertising and marketing communications material and prepare articles for corporate newsletters.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of content production and maintenance, including blogs, press releases, articles, whitepapers, email marketing, imagery and videos;
  • Manage all aspects of the content marketing process, ensuring all content is promoted to the right audience;
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to analyze content performance and suggest improvements;
  • Organize and run our communication plan to encourage all stockholders to write interesting and engaging content;
  • Work closely with our operational staff to help draw out content ideas, maintain a content calendar, provide editorial support and coach authors - ultimately publishing and promoting great content.

 

You must have:

  • Very strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work smart under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities can crop up;
  • Accountability for results and team effectiveness;
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence;
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Influencer: can evangelize our efforts internally and encourage subject matter experts at Claranet to volunteer to create high quality conference talks and thought leadership content;
  • Hands on with a fine attention to detail.

 

We Value:

  • 2+ years as a content contributor or editor in IT companies;
  • Degree in marketing, publicity, communication, business management or similar (added
  • value);
  • Email marketing experience desirable;
  • Fast, efficient & results-oriented;
  • Proactive;
  • Feels best in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent understanding in English, written and spoken;
  • Excellent writing skills.
