We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What are you going to do?

  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization, including developers, content managers, marketers and operations, to create high quality, useful content.
  • Ensure that the right content is shown to the right user in the right place in the best possible format.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with subject matter experts across the organization to ensure that content is accurate and up to date.
  • Pro-actively review digital content and user experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Pro-actively conduct content reviews and audits to identify out of date content, as well as gaps and redundancies in content.
  • Recommend the best format for content to meet user needs, and lead the creation of this content as needed.
  • Guide, train and upskill digital content managers across the organization.
  • Work closely with user experience designers to identify user needs around content and develop the right content to meet these needs.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Fully bi-lingual in English and French, and able to communicate, write and edit to a high standard in both languages;
  • Degree in a related discipline, such as languages, marketing, communications;
  • Content design/strategy certifications or training;
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a content designer working on websites and email, and other digital marketing channels;
  • Experience of content design or management in a government environment.
