What will you do:

  • Being directly in contact with client´s project managers;
  • Planning and managing the project according to Agile methodologies;
  • Be responsible for training junior developers while reporting to the Outsystems Factory Manager.

 

What are we looking for?

  • High School Graduation (12º ano de Escolaridade)
  • Spanish and English fluency (B2 level required);
  • Experience in Customer Service/Contact Center (preferential);
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset;
  • Passion for Client’s mission, supporting businesses and improving the product experience.
