Solution Validation Services, as part of Cisco Customer Experience supports our clients and end users with phenomenal validation of scaled pre deployment or network migration services. Tailored increasingly towards SDN technologies such as ACI, NFV, Cloud, SDA, SDWAN Cisco’s Investment in SVS labs globally provides a platform for scaled validation of such technologies. Gaining industry recognition for quality and redefining our clients network deployment experience while giving a rewarding environment to both learn and grow new skills

What You'll Do

You will join a team of Test Engineers and Test Managers to support test and validation for large worldwide recognized Customers in various industries (or verticals)

We are looking for different skills and experience in engineers, where the more experienced would need to be ready to collaborate with end customers, sales, services and development engineering, acting as a bridge between them while supporting each groups priorities.

Ultimately you’ll lead that responsibility to build client confidence to deploy such solutions into production

A general approach is the need to understand sophisticated designs and configurations, detail test requirements and flawless results reporting.

This role will require you to:

• Work within a team of test engineers to perform test and validation activities
• Contribute to discussions to detail requirements and architecture, test plans with test cases
• Help design, build and configure test bed topologies
• With a solid understanding, drive industry standard & proprietary test tools
• Tackle issues with troubleshooting and drive them to resolution.
• Compile and present detailed client reports for test results

Who You Are

We would be searching for different seniorities from:

• Experienced applicants - Minimum CCNP level, and Juniors - CCNA, ideally DC and/or SP
• Experience of testing/validation, with programming skills for test automation
• Project Management or Service Delivery (ITIL) (preferred)

All candidates should have experience in at least two of the following technologies:

• Security (Access control, Posture, Encryption Cyber, DDoS)
• SP core routing (MPLS WAN)
• NFV and SD-WAN technologies
• Enterprise or SP DC (switching & Compute, Cloud / ACI)
• Scripting (Python)
• Test tools knowledge(Ixia IX-Load IX-Network / Spirent Test Center)
