We are looking for a Community Product Manager, for a project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the client’s Community roadmap, including vision and strategy .
  • Collaborate with our internal and external community stakeholders to deeply understand, document, analyze and synthesize needs into roadmap plans, product priorities and detailed specifications.
  • Build, groom, prioritize, and communicate the product backlog to deliver against the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product.
  • Lead the execution of product roadmaps and sprint delivery plans, by working closely with development and design teams.
  • Prepare and execute launch programs including team coordination and communication.

 

Competencies and Skills:

  • 2+ years of product management experience with a focus on online communities.
  • Previous experience growing an online community.
  • Experience building tools that promote user engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define key metrics, analyze existing data and identify opportunities to drive new value.
  • Ability to lead, influence and to align cross-functional stakeholders (design, development, community leaders) to agree and execute on a plan.
  • Very strong communication skills in any medium - written, presentation, spoken, sketching, one-on-one.
  • Ability to present to all levels of an organization from peers to C-Suite.
  • Transparency and ability to establish long lasting trusting and supportive relationships with your team and all other stakeholders;
  • Experience with Agile Development methodologies (Scrum/ Kanban).
  • Experience working at a social network company would be a plus.
