Outsystems partnered with Randstad in order to find a Community Growth Associate.

In this role, you’ll be central to building and nurturing a community of developers as a part of a global community team. You’ll work closely with local advocates, customers, partners, and other stakeholders to execute programs that focus on growing the OutSystems developer community, with a focus on education programs and other growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Grow the Education program to have more institutions teaching OutSystems as a technology (e.g. Universities, Code Academies, ….)

Grow the OutSystems Developer Community

Collaborate with the global Community team to ensure cross-training and redundancy across time zones and develop metrics to understand the health of the community and the initiatives

Organize developer-focused events such as user groups, hackathons, and classroom type engagements, for both current and new OutSystems developers

Listen to the community needs, bringing forward suggestions and plans for improvements and new functions



requisitos/requirements
A passion for technology and a readiness to learn OutSystems

Experience organizing, planning, and/or managing events

A propensity for action that gets you talking directly with the community and asking lots of questions to understand developers deeply

Good communicator and collaborator; able to work with a variety of teams and personalities

Good presentation, listening, and writing skills

Empathy and unique ability to understand customer needs

Availability to travel up to 30%, when allowed

Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
