Mission:

Altran is searching for a «Cloud Computing Engineer» for Lisbon to be involved in exciting projects in the area of telecommunications.

Profile:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar;

• 2 years Virtualization VMware based:

o vSphere ESXi

o VMware vCenter Server

o vRealize Operations Manager

o vCenter Update Manager

o vRealize Log Insight

o VMware vCloud Director

• 2 years Linux & Systems expertise RHEL based ;

• 2 years Microsoft Windows Server 2008,2012 and 2016;

• Hardware HP (BladeSystem and Server Blade);

• Hardware Cisco (BladeSystem and Server Blade);

• Worked in high availability systems and resilience approaches;

• Good networking skills (TCP/IP);

• Experience with automated and continuous deployment systems and Software (CI/CD pipeline) is important; • Experience of configuration, optimization, tuning and troubleshooting activities is important;

• Management, monitoring and operation:

o Nagios,

o EMC Avamar

o EMC VMAX

o EMC XtremIO

o EMC VNX

o EMC Unity

o HP OneView

• Experience in VMware vSphere Virtual Infrastructure, VMware vCloud Virtual Infrastructure, Hardware Infrastructure, Storage Infrastructure, Microsoft Windows and Linux Systems, Avamar Backup Infrastructure and Local Markets network connectivity issues;

• Development and maintenance of technical documentation; 

• Sense of responsibility;

• Pro-activity and dynamism;

• Good knowledge of English.
