descrição da função/job description
What you will do:
- Enterprise client management (AT&T, Amazon, among others);
- Be the first point of contact for clients by phone when there is a technical issue with equipments;
- Handle tickets and requests as they arrive and hand off to responsible service areas as appropriate.
requisitos/requirements
What you need to apply:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (advanced);
- Intermediate level of Portuguese;
- Availability and will to work in shifts (8h-17h and 15h-24h);
- At least 2 years of previous experience in customer support positions;
- Excellent customer service orientation;
- Good communication skills (verbal and written);
- Team player;
- Knowledge of technical equipments desirable but not mandatory.
