Profile Description:

 

- Degree in Computer Science or similar area;

- Professional experience of a minimum of 5 years;

- Generate Cisco Unified Contact Center network configurations from Low Level Design for highly complex networks;

- Plan and execute highly complex Cisco Unified Contact Center Networks Upgrade and Network Migration activity;

- Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies;

- Knowledge in Cisco Unified Contact Center technologies and related Cisco products and solutions applicable to a wide range of environments (500-50000 phones, 10-1000 Agents);

- Knowledge and experienced in deploying Cisco contact center solutions including full blended media (voice, e-mail, and web);

- Demonstrable experience with Cisco ICM, IPCC, IP-IVR, and Call Manager are required.

Additional Information:

- English mandatory.

-  Availability to live abroad or travel in other countries.
