Reloading has been in the market since 2014 and we are specialized in the field of training and consulting from Demand Management and Service Management, bringing together a set of functional and technological skills to assist its customers. Your responsabilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and manufacturers to understand business goals and support delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with other Architects, Engineers for the successful delivery of program streams
• Uphold the architectural governance principles and good implementation design for architectural deliverables
• Oversee enhancements, configurations, experimentations, and investigations of alternative solutions
• Ability to assume responsibility for multiple concurrent projects and discuss the right priority with the team
• Support CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance
• Support full automation of CI and Testing
• Work with other team members to gather and interpret CI/CD requirements
• Design, code and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in the development of new pipelines for code build and deployment
• Enable DevOps by moving code from Dev and Test to Staging and Production
• Support the development of policies, standards, guidelines, governance, and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers
• Work with business leadership to understand data requirements; propose and develop solutions that enable effective decision-making and drive business objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for:

• Problem solver with the ability to discuss, analyse, and prioritize meeting projects objectives
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in large and complex IT solutions
• Able to document and describe all tech flows through Sequence Diagrams
• Good skills in English, both written and oral
• Exposure to CI/CD in a large complex environment with various systems
• Sensible to analytics
• Proficient skill in Cloud systems and CI/CD
• Exposure to Yaml, Docker, Git, Terraform
• Understanding of Quality Control and Test Automation in Agile-based Continuous Integration environments
• Demonstrates change management and/or communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced multi-team environment
• Ability to understand the business problem and determine what aspects of it require optimization; articulate those aspects in a clear and concise manner.
