We are looking for a Change Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Profile:
- Experience in Service Management, Software Development or Software Project Management;
- Knowledge and/or ITIL Certifications;
- Technical experience (AWS/Azure/Java);
- Good knowledge of MS Office, database and reporting tools;
- Scrum SCM certification (plus);
- Fluency in English.
Main Responsabilities:
- Individual monitoring and reporting of change implementation;
- Align specifications with roles and programmer teams;
- Manage external teams of programmers;
- Manage quality control and continuous improvement.
