We are looking for a Change Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Know-how of change management principles and practices;
- Knowledge of project management;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Familiarity with IT systems and project management software;
- Fluency in English.

Main Responsabilities:
- Analyze business needs and change objectives;
- Create the adapted change pathway (including communication, change and training initiatives);
- Bring all change paths together to create an overall change plan;
- Regularly monitor change indicators and propose adjustments;
- Actively manage stakeholders.
