• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or similar;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Change Management;
• Experience in process monitoring and optimization;
• Knowledge of CMDB and HPSM;
• Good command of English;
• Good leadership and communication skills;
• Client oriented.
