Description
- Create and implementing change and release management strategies and plans
- Apply a structured change and release management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Accountable for ensuring any application and infrastructure changes are managed into the existing technology estate. Can identify potential areas of conflict between new and existing support models
- Accountable for identifying and managing business risks and issues; conducts impact assessments and identifies potential areas of conflict across work streams, business units or between projects and manages or escalates appropriately
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support and coach senior leaders and stakeholders
- Support organisational design and definition of behaviours, etiquette, and processes that will need to be adopted
- Responsible for managing operational testing, governance gates, and ensuring that both the business and technology areas are ready to accept the new changes into their operating model
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists across the project
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness to adopt the change
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

- Develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders
