In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking an experienced Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) Risk Manager to join our team in Porto.
The scope for this job is supporting risk identification and assessment and the implementation of risk mitigating actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations.

Requirements:

-Master degree is required. Degrees in economics or engineering  or law is preferred;
-4 to 6 years of experience, with previous risk management demonstrated;
- Knowledge of risk management best practices and standards/frameworks like COSO ERM and ISO 31000;
- Knowledge of the CSD and/or stock exchange business is preferable;
-Experience in quantitative risk management techniques like value-at-risk models, statistical simulations and others, is an advantage;
-Knowledge of relevant regulations in the finance industry is an advantage (e.g. CSDR for CSDs, MiFID II, Basel and Solvency regulations, etc.);
-Knowledge of and experience from specific risk management domains, like cyber risk/IT risk management (e.g. ISO 27000) and project risk management, is a plus;
-Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English.
