Randstad Professionals is recruiting a C# .NET Tech Lead, for direct integration, in a international company, that is coming to Portugal and will have an office in Porto.

- Leading role in technical improvements and providing technical guidance to other Developers. This professional will be in contact with the other Tech Leads and management in other locations and cooperate.
- Build software and identify improvements in the technical practices and solutions.
- Lead the implementation of tech related initiatives (architecture, infrastructure or code).
- Implement new features and functionalities into the products (data interfaces with external parties, API’s).
- Optimize and refactor the existing code.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Build code using best software practices.
- Optimize the application to maximum scalability and speed.
- Identify and discuss application improvements.
- Mentor and coach other Developers.

requisitos/requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer using .NET Technologies (C#/VB.NET) (mandatory requirement).
- Experience working as a tech lead or similar responsibilities.
- Experience with relational and transactional database engines (SQL Server) and Redis
- Experience with API development HTTP, REST and .NET Web API
- Experience with containerized apps (Docker)
- Experience with the use of unit testing
- Experience with CI/CD through Azure DevOps
- Experience building SaaS applications
- Knowledge of cloud based services on AWS, both architecture and infrastructure (serverless with CloudFormation, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, EC2, VPC, Lambda).
- Knowledge of software development best practices (SOLID principles, programming patterns).
- Experience with version control (Git/SVN),
- Good English communication skills (mandatory requirement).
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
