Randstad Professionals is recruiting a C# .NET Team Leader, for direct integration, in a international company, located in Porto.

Hybrid work model.

They work on the product with: C# 7.0, SQL, REST through .NET Web API, Typescript, React 16+, ES6+, Webpack, Rollup, microservices, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, Teamcity, Travis, Appveyor, Prettier, Node.js and Golang.

- Manage a team of developers.
- Leading role in technical improvements and providing technical guidance to other Developers. This professional will be in contact with the other Leads and management in other locations and cooperate.
- Build software and identify improvements in the technical practices and solutions.
- Lead the implementation of tech related initiatives (architecture, infrastructure or code).
- Perform senior developer tasks in the team, contributing to helpd build the software.
- Implement new features and functionalities into the products.
- Optimize and refactor the existing code.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Build code using best software practices.
- Optimize the application to maximum scalability and speed.
- Identify and discuss application improvements.
- Mentor and coach other Developers.

requisitos/requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in C# .NET (mandatory requirement).
- Experience as Team Leader or Tech Lead or similar roles (mandatory requirement).
- Knowledge of software development, REST architecture and development patterns.
- Experience with Javascript / Typescript / React is valued (but not mandatory).
- Experience with Agile methodologies is valued.
- English intermediate level (B2 or above is a mandatory requirement).
