We are a small but growing remote-first business based in Portugal. We help companies and managers with the selection of people with the appropriate culture and skills to join their teams.

We work with big established companies, start-ups who want to scale their teams and entrepreneurs who want to build and establish their first teams, helping them along that process through specialist recruitment & outsourcing, nearshoring and dedicated teams.

 

About this job

This person will play important role in growing the business. We are looking for our first business development hires. You will be instrumental in helping us scale our operations, optimize our processes, taking care of our teams, and make sure we deliver a best-in class experience to our customers.

This position requires great people and communication skills as you will be in direct contact with our teams, customers, and partners, as well as strong organizational and process-oriented skills. You will be very influential in the business as first key hires.

 

Who would be a good fit

This is a versatile position so we are looking for someone with hands-on entrepreneurial mindset, who is autonomous and self-sufficient, needing little management but capable of providing frequent reports, excited to have an impact and that can grow with us. In order to be successful in this role, you need to be resourceful, business driven, people oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be working directly with the founders, have a voice within the business and the opportunity to get involved from the ground up.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing current customers and search for new growth opportunities.
  • Following-up with our Teams ensuring they are properly integrated and satisfied, getting customer feedback and conducting 1:1 meetings to obtain their concerns and ambitions.
  • Searching and identifying potential candidates for open opportunities.
  • Conducting recruitment and selection interviews with candidates and following-up them up in interviews with customers.
  • Supporting the growth of customer base by helping on commercial prospecting and opening new accounts.
  • Preparing and submitting commercial proposals.
  • Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives.
