Your responsibilities include:

  • Follow-up with existing customers and opportunities;
  • Schedule appointments with clients;
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

 

You must have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Experience in call centres is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the professional social network LinkedIn is a plus;
