We are seeking a driven and client-focused Business Development Manager based in Lisbon, to support the growth of our new Azure Management Services business unit. Your role will be critical in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our Azure infrastructure services to achieve our ambitious sales goals.

 

We count on you to

  • identify, research, and secure new business opportunities for Azure management services, leveraging industry contacts, trade groups, and other networking channels
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry influencers, and key strategic partners
  • deeply understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate Azure infrastructure solutions to meet those needs
  • work closely with the Azure Architect team to align our service offerings with customer requirements and industry trends
  • develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, set ambitious targets, and lead efforts to meet or exceed those targets
  • create and deliver persuasive, custom-made sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our Azure infrastructure services
  • ensure ongoing client satisfaction by providing seamless support and resolving any issues promptly

 

For that, you must

  • have bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • have experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT services or cloud technology sector
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • thorough understanding of Azure and cloud infrastructure services, and the ability to stay current with the latest trends and developments
  • exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and/or French
  • self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior-level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives
  • be able to live and work in Portugal
