ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Business Developer, responsible for the Nordic market (Sweden), and who has the following responsibilities:

  • Create, increase and manage a portfolio of clients focused on the international market;
  • Exploration and development of tactics in order to attract and raise new customers in the market in question;
  • Work directly with management team and business units to identify potential business opportunities;
  • Assume leadership in the management and relationship of local partners, as well as definition of a joint action plan for market activation;
  • Generate relationships of trust and add value to our customers through the preparation of technical proposals and high quality solutions.

 

THE NEXT XPANDER SHOULD HAVE…

Degree or Master in the area of Management or IT;

  • More than 3 years of experience in the Information Technology Area (IT) and /or Consulting;
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or pre-sales (mandatory) and preferably in international market;
  • Excellent proficiency in English (mandatory);
  • Dynamic, independent and responsible;
  • Candidates must have clear competencies in sales, negotiation and management of relationships with partners;
  • Ability to address multiple projects and challenges simultaneously and manage priorities and timeframes;
  • Available for regular travel and driving license.
