What you’ll do
- Develop sales strategies to deliver the business plan and optimize sales activities to maximize MOG’s growth
- Manage all aspects of sales within the assigned territory including prospecting, activity tracking, opportunity management, forecasting revenue and closing deals
- Generate new opportunities to maintain appropriate pipeline
- Use a consultative sales model to understand the objectives and needs of customers to develop solutions through MOG’s services
- Lead efforts to assure client satisfaction, acting internally as the client voice and involving other teams when required
- Engage in industry groups and key networking events within the geographic territory to promote MOG services, expand personal network of connection within the industry and identify new opportunities
Who you’re
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach with great interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven experience and track record in solution selling, driving the full cycle sales process, account management and follow-up
- Outstanding negotiation, management and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, across the globe
- Proficiency in English
