Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Business Developer to integrate our Sales internal team, based in Lisbon. A Business Developer works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. This person helps achieving long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This person job is to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Prospects and develops new opportunities (experience in the Financial Sector is considered as plus);
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience;
  • Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts;
  • Elaborate proposals according to the pre-sales guidelines and the Sales Manager input;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis;
  • Prepare data documentation and reports to help the sales team;
  • Ensure the compliance with expected deadlines;
  • Keep track of sales targets.

 

You must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Business or E;
  • Minimum professional experience of 2 to 5 year in commercial area or customer service;
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Strong taste for the commercial area;
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong numeracy & IT skills
  • Fluency in English is essential;
  • Domain of Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Email).
