Unit4 building up a Global Practice for Business Consultants who will be responsible for implementing our Corporate Performance Management (CPM/EPM) solution. With the right entrepreneurial spirit and ‘can-do’ attitude, you are the person we need you to make this successful.

In this job of  Business Consultant, you will be responsible for the hands-on delivery of customer projects, all around the globe!

As Business Consultant, you are responsible for the implementation projects together with your team. You will ensure delivering best practice solutions to our customers. You will analyze and review customer needs to map the requirements to the capabilities of our CPM solution. You will configure the solution in such a way that it gives your customers a single, real-time version of the truth.

What will you do?

You will go through a comprehensive onboarding and training program (4 months), which will accelerate you learning curve through class room training and by shadowing experienced Consultants in ongoing projects.

During your onboarding program you will be coached and trained by our Principle Business Consultant, who is responsible for leading the Consultancy team.

When you have successfully completed your onboarding program, you will work with your experienced colleagues and start with exciting customer-facing projects.

Who are you?

You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree, which is your foundation for your strong analytical and logical thinking. This combined with your practical experience is why you are very good in seeing solutions to business challenges. Your consultative selling skills are one of the biggest assets in your toolbelt and English and German are natural languages for you to communicate in, both verbally and in writing.

You have experience working as a Consultant and you will use this know-how to understand how Unit4 CPM /EPM can digitize the customer financial processes. Your mindset stems from a process and value chain perspective, thinking customer business end-to-end.
