What are you going to do?

As a support teammate in the support team, you will be  in charge of answering to INDIXIS users supports requests;

The type of support will be level 1 and 2: Level 1 support: Users Habilitations, application settings, hot fix in prod, relaunch failed reports; Level 2 Support: Analyse and fix of profitability computations, analyze and fix application feed InterSystems.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL;
• Knowledge in Financial Markets (optional knowledge, but it will be very appreciated for the contractor to know this business);
• Knowledge in CRM (optional knowledge), Business Objects, SSAS, SSRS, Qlikview  and QlikSense are optional.
• Dynamism, autonomous, rigor, good communication skills, curiosity are mandatory.
• Good English level;
