Winprovit is recruiting an Business Analyst  (m/f) for a project on banking sector client that is being developed in Lisbon.

Alignment:

• Share business project roadmap
• Follow up the projects
• Recommend improvements minimizing manual workload and reducing risks
• Insure best business practices implementation
• Collect Business investment ideas and requests for initiatives

Build:

• Contribute to preliminary studies with the Business 
• Participate, as necessary, in monitoring the portfolio and prioritizing requests in their scope of activity 
• Clarify, analyze from a critical and constructive perspective
• Define Business needs
• Review and validate them with Product Owners and IT, in order to ascertain that the solution proposed by IT is functionally coherent with the request 
• Contribute to the End User tests, according to the relevant schedule, and report the necessary corrections to any defects in coordination with IT
• Organise business deployment and assist operational teams during post go-live on basis of the release note supplied by IT
• Update User Guides 
• Prepare training documentation
• Perform demonstrations
• Provide help and assistance to Operational teams
• Contribute to answer new Use Case request

Change Projects Management:

• Track progress against the roadmap. Coordinate & facilitate communication with co-workers (Business, IT, other business lines)
• Provide and maintain overall project dashboard to track progress, delays and overruns
• Ensure all contributors are engaged appropriately. Identify accountabilities and ownership of all activities on the business critical path.
• Coordinate and ensure transversal communication with all concerned parties
• Provide functional expertise level support to Operational teams

Administrative:

• Manage all access requests to the applications
• Manage additional feature requests
• Support application’s updates

Requirements:

• Post-Graduation
• Fluent in English
• Minimum years of experience: 1
• Strong process expertise (Business Analysis)
• Strong knowledge on Office Tools (Visio, Excel, PPT expertise appreciated)
