Description

Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst, that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Main tasks: 

- Analyze business needs;

- Estimate costs of each business need;

- Write design functional specifications based on a Business Requirements;

- Perform and coordinate user acceptance tests (UAT) and their follow-up in Quality Center until the deployment;

- Provide support to users;

- Escalate and monitor production incidents; 

- Monitor quality practices in partnership with the teams IT (CMMI-3);

Profile:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst;

- Knowledge with Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.); 

- Knowledge with Quality Center (nice to have);

- Fluent in English;
