Location: Evora or Lisbon (Portugal). Remote possible.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Evora or Lisbon and work on cool Pharmatech, Insuretech, Fintech, A.I. projects, and on our product ROBO.AI. Looking for a person with strong abilities in the areas of requirements discovery, documentation, and writing user stories for engineers. Experience working in multiple projects conducting business analysis, requirements management, and a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business requirements
• Gain alignment on information strategy and architecture direction
• Document requirements in user stories
• Directly work with business and development team to formulate functional and non-functional requirements and socialize the benefits realization of the proposed solution
• Accountable for the user requirements and clarifications
• Consolidate ideas and feedback from multiple business stakeholders and serve as the single authoritative source for requirements to the design team
• Support testing initiatives

You bring

• Ability to analyze and formulate business requirements
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, and management
• Conduct and document requirements through workshops
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with outstanding problem-solving skills
• Structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/validation of gathered requirements
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through collaboration
• Ability to translate business requirements in software and system requirements together with development and test engineers
• Adapt to working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Pharma or Fintech  experience would be a great plus
• Excellent English spoken and written
