We are looking for a Business Analyst/Tester for a project based in Lisbon.

Main tasks:

  • Participate in the elaboration of the Testing strategy in collaboration with development and operations teams.
  • Execute some of the test plans as defined in the Testing Strategy Documentation and based on use cases designed with the stakeholders.
  • Monitoring SME: be responsible for defining Monitoring design standards for other RISK Systems teams to follow and dry-run of new production processes.
  • Be responsible in collaboration with BA & Operations for the transition and soft-landing of projects into production, operational acceptance, user on-boarding and training.
  • Participate in collaboration with Operations teams to design and document processes, procedures and service monitoring.
  • Provide ad-hoc functional analysis to investigate aspects or issues associated with risk calculations or help resolve regulatory recommendations.
  • Contribute to the costing and estimates of upcoming projects as well as the analysis of some Maintenance and Enhancement tasks

 

Profile

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding and experience of working with IT systems, coupled with an ability and curiosity to understand key aspects of risk methodologies.
  • Sound understanding of at least one risk discipline (market, counterparty or credit).
  • Good knowledge of financial products; Understanding of financial modelling and risk models
  • Ability to write and maintain documentation that can withstand inspection by third parties, in particular internal reviewers and auditors as well as regulatory bodies.
  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Python or SQL is appreciated
