Stefanini's hiring a Business Analyst​ to join one of our main clients in Lisbon. This company is located in Alfragide and works within border control, aviation security and biometric solutions. Their core business focuses on improving the quality, convenience, efficiency and security in travel and border control offering biometric-based digital identity management solutions.

As a business analyst you will:

• work across our entire range of solutions, liaising with the clients, the development team, and other internal teams to meet client requirements
• identify/determine customer needs using several gathering requirements techniques: brainstorming, document analysis, focus group, interface analysis, interviews, workshops, reverse engineering, surveys, user task analysis, process mapping, observation/job shadowing, design thinking
   

Main requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Business Analyst role, in software and technical context, and knowledge of either BPMN, UML, or Archimate, and application design (visio diagrms)and software development methodologies
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and contribute to the development of functional specifications
• Analyse existing systems and technical solutions and identifying new solution options, assessing them for both technical and business suitability
• Work closely with internal and external developers and a variety of end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Portuguese
