We are looking for a Business Analyst to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in the BA role;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Working knowledge in basic office tools;
- Technical knowledge in automation, data preparation and data visualization;
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (is a plus);
- Knowledge of the banking industry (is a plus);
- Fluency in English.
Main Responsabilities:
- Optimizing processes to increase operational efficiency;
- Collect and analyze the company's needs;
- Identify business impacts and prepare action plans;
- Define a suitable solution and estimate implementation costs;
- Create and maintain functional documentation;
- Prepare a test plan;
- Provide functional assistance to IT teams;
- Communicate with internal stakeholders.
