We are looking for a Business Analyst to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in the BA role with strong documentation skills and analytical ability;
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology;
- Technical knowledge in data automation, preparation and visualization;
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (is a plus);
- Familiarity with the banking industry (is a plus);
- Fluency in English.

Main Responsabilities:
- Collect and analyze the company's needs;
- Identify business impacts and prepare action plans;
- Define a relevant solution and estimate the implementation costs;
- Maintain functional documentation;
- Create a test plan;
- Provide functional assistance to IT teams during all phases of the project.
